Born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Pharrell began his music career in the late 1990s as part of the hip-hop duo The Neptunes alongside Chad Hugo. Together, they produced numerous hit songs for various artists, including Jay-Z, Britney Spears, and Madonna.
